The Mindset
Mình không thích những thứ quá phức tạp. Với mình, UI/UX là cách mình quan sát đời sống, rồi tinh gọn nó lại thành một giao diện mượt mà nhất có thể. Mình tin rằng thiết kế tốt nhất là khi bạn dùng mà không thấy "đang dùng" – mọi thứ cứ thế tự nhiên như nó vốn vậy.

Quan sát nhiều hơn nói
Là một người hướng nội, mình thích dành thời gian để xem cách mọi người "chật vật" hay "mỉm cười" khi dùng một ứng dụng. Thay vì tranh luận bằng lời nói, mình chọn cách trả lời bằng dữ liệu và những giải pháp thực tế. Với mình, thiết kế tốt bắt đầu từ việc biết lắng nghe những điều không được nói ra.

Đơn giản hóa sự phức tạp
Mình cực kỳ "dị ứng" với những thứ rườm rà. Công việc của mình là gọt bỏ những nhiễu loạn để giữ lại giá trị cốt lõi nhất. Một giao diện sạch sẽ không chỉ để đẹp, mà là để người dùng cảm thấy "dễ thở" và tìm thấy thứ họ cần trong chưa đầy 3 giây.

Logic tạo nên cảm xúc
Đẹp là hiển nhiên, nhưng logic mới là thứ giữ người dùng ở lại. Mình không vẽ những pixel vô nghĩa. Mọi nút bấm, mọi chuyển động đều phải có lý do của nó. Mình xây dựng hệ thống (Design System) để sản phẩm không chỉ chạy tốt hôm nay, mà còn dễ dàng mở rộng vào ngày mai.

Understanding what isn't said.
I start by observing. I don’t just take requirements; I listen to user pain points through data and behavior. Silence at this stage allows me to fully empathize with the problem before seeking the solution.

Simplifying the complex
This is where I decode raw data into logic. I strip away the noise to find the core value, building a clear Information Architecture and seamless User Flows. I believe the best solutions are the most refined ones.

Craft
Precision in every pixel.
Once the logic is solid, I bring the product to life. I don’t just design interfaces; I build scalable Design Systems. My focus is on creating a visual language that is not only beautiful but also functional and consistent.

Optimize
Design is a living process
A product’s journey doesn’t end at handoff. I observe how it lives in the real world, using usability testing and feedback to refine the smallest details. I ensure the experience stays smooth and effective over time.
